- Our unlimited revisions policy ensures that you are completely satisfied.
- We will not stop revisions until you are entirely happy with your design or project outcomes.

SuccessEcom offers a 100% Money-Back Guarantee on all design-related services. Customers may claim a full refund under the following circumstances:
- If you are unsatisfied with the initial designs for your website or graphical assets, you may request a 100% refund on your project.
REFUND POLICY
While SuccessEcom offers a 100% refund policy for design services, it is subject to certain conditions. The refund policy will be void under the following circumstances:
- The primary design concept (for any service) has been approved.
- Revisions beyond the initial design concepts (logos or websites) have been requested.
- The design (logo or website) has been finalized.
- The website has been designed, developed, and deployed live.
- The company has not been contacted for more than two weeks without notice.
- The project is placed on hold upon customer request.
- The company’s policies, or policy, have been violated.
- Other companies or designers have been approached for the same project.
- The creative brief is incomplete or lacks the necessary information.
- A complete design change has been requested and provided.
- The business is closing, changing its name, or altering its core objectives.
- Refund requests based on reasons such as “change of mind,” “partner disagreement,” or other unrelated issues are not eligible.
- Once the client has accepted multiple sets of revisions (for any service), a refund will no longer be applicable.
Services not covered under the refund policy include but are not limited to:
- Website & email hosting services.
- SSL certificates for websites.
- Website domain purchases.
- Website maintenance plans.
- SEO plans.
- Social media marketing.
- Google Ads campaigns.
For services not covered under the 100% refund policy, SuccessEcom management may, at its discretion, offer a partial refund after reviewing the project.
CLAIM YOUR REFUND
To claim a refund, please follow these steps:
- Submit your request in writing to SuccessEcom within 30 days of the original payment date.
- Contact your assigned project manager by phone or email to initiate a refund process.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase after required analysis.
Important Notes:
- A 35% administration fee will apply to cancellations made within 24 hours if the project has not been initiated.
- Refund requests unrelated to service dissatisfaction will be subject to a service fee if canceled after the first 24 hours.
- Management reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the outlined policy.
- Once a refund is issued, all rights to designs or materials provided by SuccessEcom revert to the company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Our services may contain links to external websites not operated by us. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to their site. SuccessEcom is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites, products, or services.

DELIVERY POLICY
- The final project will be delivered to the designated account on the date specified in the Order Confirmation. A confirmation email will also be sent.
- Turnaround time will vary based on the selected package, with a minimum requirement of 5 business days.
